POWERFUL MESSAGE I got while watching this movie: Woman of color who opens up her own firm while pretending to have a white male partner "Mr.Cutty" helping her succeed in signing deals with wealthy clients and helping her firm grow financially. Sad to think we are still living in a world where the white male holds all power in powerful and wealthy businesses and corporations and woman are still being discriminated against money and gender wise. Must watch if you are a true feminist! Power to the Black woman! Yess ma'am!

Look! Forget the costume for a second and consider what this movie is actually about: how opinions are more valuable (and less likely to be sidelined) if they are male...particularly white male. I mean we still have these issues in 2021.

Not Whoopi's best comedy out there, but she's having fun on screen and she's fun to watch as she tries to wriggle her way into White Male Wall Street life by creating a persona who is exactly that, and finds herself wanting him dead pretty fast.
