Audience Member Seriously weak thriller, Joe Estevez pops up for a moment but has no credit, he was probably right to insist his name was left off this tripe. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member MEMORIAL DAY [1998]; this is one over the top, lame and uninspired low-budget 1990's action film. It seems the maker of this film were trying to create a big budget action film but failed miserably at it due to the low budget. The only highlight of the film is the brilliant modern B movie icon Joe Estevez (Martin Sheen's younger brother and Charlie Sheen's Uncle) who has a small role in this film. The Plot: this conspiracy -action film involves a U.S government agency trying to get more funding by using a Regan Era satellite to blow stuff up and frame a fake terrorist group for responsibility. However their plans will be foiled by a reneged agent and a newswoman. Its lame, it's stupid, and just a waste of time so just skip it my rating is a whopping 50%.
