Marvin (Rob Schneider) is a man who doesn't have what it takes to fulfill his lifelong dream to be a cop. A funny flick from the early 2000s era of Happy Madison films. While not being on the same level of "The Hot Chick" this movie will keep you entertained. Typical immature slapstick humor and sexual innuendo and being a product of its time. However it knows were to stop and draw the line.
