08/25/2017 Oliver Reed is a prison warden who is forced to help spring Fabio Testi when his wife is kidnapped and held hostage, but when Testi is free, he has no idea who would be trying to free him, so we spend the rest of the film with a desperate Reed trying to use Testi to figure out who's masterminding this escape and to what end. See more 11/03/2014 The opening sequence is so solidly done, but the rest of the film fails to live up to its grandiose emotional gesture with the beautiful piece "Un Amico" by Ennio Morricone. Oliver Reed's performance is shaky, sometimes fierce and commanding, sometimes awkward and bumbling. Overall it's a flawed work with plenty of potential behind it.
