Justin O Feb 20 What I find amazing about this film is how many people apparently owed Mario Van Peebles favors. I didnt even know he had it like that. Cybill is the Gem here, playing a serial killer partnered up with an asian man with oompa loopma hair. Luis Guzman is great in everything, but in a small part here and Wesley Snipes is servicable as the lead. Nothing wrong with his performance and hes capable of carrying a 'B movie' such as this. I thought it was a bold effort by Van Peebles directing, but thats about all I can say for it, bold....Over all I didnt dislike this film, as it had an ambitious plot, but it got messy a third of the way through. Fans of Snipes, Shepard, Guzman and Van Peebles should watch, casual movie goers should probably pass but also good for a film buff or aspiring film critic. See more 09/26/2013 huh? he opens the money case several times but only when the plot requires it the dye-pack explodes? pretty lame scripting guys. ps the good guy/bitchy chick has been done to death. ps when you take cookies right out of the oven they are soft and too hot to eat not hard and biteable....I really hate it when hollwood thinks we're to stupid to notice stuff like this.....
