Claudio C Oct 27 Broken Bridges (2006) A Very Nice and Sweet Film (12,019 – 27 Oct 2025– by Claudio Carvalho) When a helicopter crashes during military training, five youths from Armour Springs die. In Miami, the journalist and single mother Angela “Angel” Delton (“Kelly Preston”) learns that her younger brother Bobby is among the casualties and returns to her hometown with her teenage daughter Dixie Leigh Delton (Lindsey Haun) by car to the house of the estranged parents. On the arrival, she learns that her mother invited her former boyfriend Bo Price (Toby Keith), who lost his brother Kyle, to stay at her home for the funeral, Bo is Dixie’s father, who left Angela pregnant when they were sweethearts and now is a famous singer of music country. The music in the vein of Bo and Dixie and the endearment of Dixie Rose Delton (Tess Harper) help to bring reconciliation in the family. “Broken Bridges” (2006) is a very nice and sweet film by Steven Goldmann. The story is very well developed, with nice characters. The cast is wonderful, with names such as Kelly Preston, Tess Harper, Lindsey Haun and Burt Reynolds. But the amazing country music in the soundtrack has names such as Willie Nelson and Toby Keith and is the greatest attraction of the movie.My vote is eight.
