      What to Know

      Critics Consensus

Dwayne Johnson brings the full force of his charm (and his appropriately pale chompers) to the title role, but flat direction and a committee-written script render The Tooth Fairy unacceptably dull.

hailee M I liked this movie growing up I still remember damn what the fairies did. When I was a kid I would always think to myself that what it's like to be a tooth fairy lol Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/25/24 Full Review Antonio M at least it isnt another jungle movie...... Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/06/23 Full Review Alex C Aw, I remember how much I liked this movie when I was small. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/08/23 Full Review Jeffrey M Tooth Fairy is an amazing movie. Tooth Fairy is a very funny comedy, and I LOVE comedy. Also the Tooth Fairy is very interesting. But what puzzles me about this movie is how this movie got a 17% for critics and a 41% for audience. Tooth Fairy might be very silly, but it is really fun and funny. I think Tooth Fairy is an amazing movie, it really doesn't deserve bad reviews. Tooth Fairy needs higher reviews for critics and audience. What a good movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/28/23 Full Review Michael W This sports comedy was pretty good. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Ashley Judd, Julie Andrews, Stephen Merchant, Chase Ellison, and the rest of the cast did a pretty good job in this movie. The plot of the movie was entertaining and humorous. It's about realizing that dreams are good and you should never give up on them. If you haven't seen this movie yet, you may enjoy it. It wasn't as bad as most people say it was. Don't listen to the bad reviews this movie got. Those people have terrible tastes in movies. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 05/10/23 Full Review the r I LOVED THIS MOVIE!!!!!! this movie had an amazing plot and it was hilarious, the jokes were making me knee slap. Dwayne is just so funny. The movie has really good editing as well. If i could give this more than 5 starts i would. Also Dwayne looked really cute in his little pink dress. However, terry, the really tall fairy, did scare me. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Anna Smith metro.co.uk So, for adults, the best that can be said for Tooth Fairy is that it's funnier than the awful trailer. Rated: 2/5 Aug 23, 2018 Full Review Nell Minow Movie Mom Rated: B- Feb 18, 2012 Full Review Derek Malcolm London Evening Standard It has a terrible screenplay and you get the feeling that Johnson could be a much better light comedian than this, given a better chance. Rated: 2/5 Jun 3, 2010 Full Review Mike Massie Gone With The Twins These films are all about sticking to a generic template, one in which a generally decent guy does a lot of bad things and must then redeem himself. Rated: 4/10 Nov 30, 2020 Full Review Richard Propes TheIndependentCritic.com This is one film where families, especially those with small children, should ignore the critics and simply give in to the silliness of it all. Rated: 2.0/4.0 Sep 26, 2020 Full Review Robin Clifford Reeling Reviews This is an obvious labor of love for the filmmakers and their collective eye for capturing the beauty, grace and, often, humor of their many dances (with Dom and Fiona) with geometric precision....
