Keith Uhlich Time Out We certainly need all the ecological jeremiads we can get. But must they be so numbingly pedantic? Rated: 3/5 Jul 2, 2023 Full Review Diego Semerene Slant Magazine Unable to recognize how sufficient the visuals themselves are, its music gets increasingly over-dramatic, epic-like. Rated: 2/4 Feb 7, 2011 Full Review Jeannette Catsoulis New York Times Though there is little here for an informed person to take issue with, the film's well-intentioned preachiness is unlikely to win over those who favor Genesis and denial over climate science. Rated: 2/5 Feb 3, 2011 Full Review Ethan Alter NYC Film Critic Less interesting as a feature-length movie than it is as a filmmaking and distribution experiment Rated: 2.5/4 Feb 6, 2011 Full Review Kent Turner Film-Forward.com Even scarred landscapes have a harsh beauty, suitable for framing. Audience Member Outstanding documentary. A must see!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Oh American critics , I'm not surprised of your feed back , otherwise this movie is a masterpiece , it isn't preachy or pessimist it just recites life history as it is . Very disappointed in you Merica Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Might be the most beautiful documentary about Earth. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member only 5 rotten reviews? corrupt critics are so slow embrace reality Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member The PUBLIC SHAMING project - the only film I've ever believed should be banned (not really, this is priceless evidence of a globalist agenda against humanity -- but feel free to burn it). Forced on us by a conglomerate of multinational corporations, the spectacular visual journey is sure to fascinate eyes - but what kind of message do we hear overhead? Glenn Close goes on to narrate the most misanthropic, hate-filled view of our Earth ever presented. In it, humanity is threatened by globalists aiming to fabricate a purely negative view of our life. These are the same people that would have you losing your life to satisfy their profits, and who knows what's on the otherside of those profits... I imagine it must be great if they are so anxious to keep it exclusive for themselves, because this side of Earth, presented for this class of people, is a horror show not worth living a free life for. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member An visually stunning documentary. From start to finish every shot is truly captivating. Definitely one to watch in HD. Unfortunately the message of unsustainable growth, natural disaster and impending doom is nothing new, and delivered poorly. A beautiful disappointment.
