Michael K Very realistic when it comes to a film about the very beginning of a relationship. As a viewer I felt awkward at times because I knew exactly what the characters were going through. This voyeuristic film is definitely a must watch. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/18/24 Full Review Elizabeth H Not your typical rom-com, this is an honest, beautiful, unglamorous and hilarious look at modern love. Completely improvised and shot in real time, ‘12 Months’ doesn’t pull any punches. If you’re looking for something true, look no further. Working on this film was exhausting but incredible, and I hope it makes people feel a little less lonely, and like they can talk about their own relationship’s, no matter how messy they are. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/23/24 Full Review Alex H Heartwarming and heart-wrenching all at once, 12 Months peels back the curtain on love — warts and all — providing an honest look at a toxic relationship, one that's equal parts beautiful and unsettling. The grounded and gritty approach to the camerawork further adds to the film's authenticity, crafting something close to home for anyone who's ever navigated the highs and lows of companionship. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/10/24 Full Review MP P Great movie! Heartfelt experience of what new relationships go through. Kept me enthralled throughout. Would recommend it to my family and friends. Thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward to Cornwell's next film! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/04/24 Full Review Clinton C I directed this film so I am biased but I am so proud of the work the amazing artistic team has done in making this film. Our unique real-time improvised way of creating the story was insanely challenging but I think brings a unique flavor to the screen and it helps us show parts of relationships we rarely get to see in movies. Please, check it out and tell me what you think. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 08/22/24 Full Review Read all reviews
