Audience Member Amazing movie, I felt privileged to watch it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Before I sat down to watch the movie, I just came from a march for George Floyd, I was already feeling a bunch of different emotions. PLus, I had to control my expectations for the movie, it was an excellent movie. I felt the movie hit home with everything that was going on in the world. It pushed all the right buttons for me. I did like the ending and the twist to it. My favorite scene of the movie is the milo scene, where the white girl asks the minority kids, what was their opinion of the milo episode. It triggered a memory for me, when I was in college and that exact same thing happen to my friends and I. What I also liked about the movie was that all the characters, where not one note. They had depth and emotions, which helped to contribute to the over-all conversation about race. The one thing I did not like about the movie was the acting of the teacher. I could not stand her acting, I felt like I was watching weezie from the Jeffersons. I could not take her. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
