Darren P Nov 20 Absolutely dreadful film. Felt it was trying very hard to be a "Knives out/Glass Onion" type of comedy but failed miserably. Flimsy plot and whoever translated it from Italian to English clearly has no understanding of the English language. Certainly overspent on some very nice costumes for the cast but that is all you can say about it. It's a comedic murder mystery with emphasis on the comedy. Props, costumes, and set are intentionally campy, and it is well cast and delivered. I would have liked a little more depth to the story, but the superficiality seems to be part of the point. I watched it with English subtitles. The dialogue is simple and easy to keep up with.
