Audience Member 'Wyatt' a film! The chemistry between the two gorgeous leads was electric, I could taste their passion. I loved the set design and the costumes and I thought that her paintings were absolutely fabulous - anyone know where I could buy them?? This story's plot was so original, unlike anything I've ever seen before. An absolute must watch, and a soaring triumph of a Christmas film. In fact I think it is more than just a festive movie, the themes of love and community as so universal, it should be watched all year round. Though I think the butternut squash risotto could do with more seasoning and the chicken looked raw - safety hazard much!!?? Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/14/24 Full Review Larissa D A cute Christmas romcom movie, but the script is not the best especially bc it feels like everything moved too fast, the acting is a little robotic Rated 2 out of 5 stars 10/27/24 Full Review R 9 I dig the leading two, but 'A Brush with Christmas' is very dull. It dragged to watch, it really did. It's your standard made-for-television festive flick, so includes all the cheese and cheer that you would expect. The story, though, is just told in such an uninteresting way, not helped by the (usual) heavy predictability either. I did, as noted, rate Jillian Murray and Joseph Cannata as a duo, they are (relatively speaking) well cast. That's the only positive I've got though. Amusingly, you could easily write another movie based upon this from Brenda of Home Cooking's point of view - one two-week back injury and she loses her catering contract to a half-arsed wannabe artist, unfair if you ask me! There's just no loyalty in the food industry nowadays... Rated 2 out of 5 stars 12/24/23 Full Review inta k typical, cheesy xmas movie Rated 3 out of 5 stars 12/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Just got done watching this on great American family and thought it was really good.
