John Serba Decider The story is a cross-generational gimmick in search of any purpose beyond exalting the MAGIC and FAMILY TOGETHERNESS of the holiday season. Nov 28, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Debbie V Absolutely loved this movie. I also love seeing Cheryl Ladd. I hope she will do some more movies with GAF. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/25/24 Full Review Stephanie M I usually really look forward to Hallmark Christmas movie time. I realize this was a Great American Christmas movie and maybe that is why is was so horrible but I have seen some good Great American Christmas movies but this was definitely not one of those. I felt no connection between the actors in fact the acting was just bad in general. It was uncomfortable to watch. Like the actors were all trying WAY too hard to get the faith message across to the point of insincerity instead. Would not recommend, waste of time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/02/24 Full Review Marie W Beautiful n great acting Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/20/23 Full Review John P Four generations celebrating Christmas. Great great grandma has a new boyfriend as does the great granddaughter. If you've ever been the young man meeting the parents for the first time you'll be able to relate to one of the scenes. Think about what it was like before cell phones, televisions, and radios were brand new. How did people spend their time? Talking! Telling stories! Remembering the old days! As a child of the 50s and 60s it was fun to travel back in time during this movie. Reading the other reviews, it seems like there's a lot of people that don't like this movie very much. Personally, I found it, engaging and sentimental, and sweet. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/17/23 Full Review Wendy m I think this movie is unapologetically has a Christian worldview of Christmas which is completely appropriate this time of year especially. The performances of the ensemble cast were also really good. And made want to rewatch The Trouble with Angels too. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 12/16/23 Full Review Andrea M Oh so so very awful! I love Christmas movies but this show had absolutely no plot! I could go on and on about how awful it was but I do not want to waste anymore of my time!
