Even by retrograde Hallmark holiday movie standards, it's a blizzard of poor writing and empty schmaltz devoid of propulsive tension or profound resolution, but with 500 percent more scripture references. Go to Full Review

Julia C @Julia552 Dec 6 This is real life Christmas movie about slowing down and being realistic about life and where your faith is. It’s not about Santa but just a great family Christmas movie to watch. It’s not that Bible or church heavy as the bad reviews claim it to be. It’s just real. Plenty of Christmas stuff in it!!! The church scene is literally like two minutes long at the end lol. It’s about reconnecting with your family and spending quality time together. Great watch. Not a rom com! But not a drama. Just a great family Christmas movie about family See more Dawn J Jul 28 Beautiful story about the real world! See more Holly-Lyn L 11/11/2024 I felt like it wasn't the fun family holiday movie I expected. It wasn't upbeat it had a more depressing edge with religion crammed down my throat. Maggie's family visited brother and daughter on Christmas who were mourning his wife and daughters mom's passing. Clearly some life events need to take a normal course without cobtrolling Maggie to the rescue who comes with her own set of problems. Too complicated and downtrodden to be a fun family holiday movie. The lights, the scenery and the town were beautiful and this had the potential to knock it out of the park but it failed miserably. See more John P @jpyshny 01/02/2023 Heartfelt, Christ-centered movie. Deals with many relationship-issues we all go through. The last commercial break is in the wrong place. See more 12/04/2022 This was a really awesome movie. Very good acting. With some really good spiritual stuff in it that I really enjoyed yes I highly recommend it James Welch, Henderson, Arkansas 12/1/2022 See more Read all reviews
