ashley h A Different Loyalty is a disappointing film. It is about war reporters who come across each other's path while they are both on assignment in Beirut. Sharon Stone and Rupert Everett give terrible performances. The script is badly written. Marek Kanievska did a horrible job directing this movie. I was not impressed with this motion picture. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member good thriller year s/b 2004 not 05 though Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member OF COURSE excellently acted. And a compelling story! It was a quiet film and never quite hit a dramatic climax. But it keeps a viewers interest and all production aspects were certainly quality. Sharon Stone did the job, but I don't really understand why she's famous. Rupert Everett is stunning in his trademark quiet, yet powerful acting. You really believed every word. Definitely worthy of a watch! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Interesting because of the historic background. Quite forgivable anyway. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Kiinnostava aihe ja juonikin ok mutta nayttelijat...blaa Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member A Different Loyalty was pretty good. It was about a woman (Sharon Stone) who falls in love with a russian spy and marrys him in england and then all of a sudden he disappears and then she finds out he is working for Russia as a spy and that if he returns to USA he will get arrested. If you like James Bond you will definitely like this movie. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Ed Gonzalez Slant Magazine Kanievska's aesthetically parched film doesn't illuminate the communist paranoia of the era, but provides Sharon Stone with a handy reel of countless Oscar clips. Rated: 1.5/4 Aug 26, 2004 Full Review Read all reviews
