09/18/2010 It's unchallenging and roughly drawn. The film noir sequences are funny, in that they throw in as many cheesy film noir cliches as they can. I don't think this movie is really intended to be very serious or hard-hitting. It was a little touching, and easy to watch, nothing more. The film asks the question: What would your life be like if it was a pulpy film noir caper? Certainly not brain candy - expect average actors, set design, cinematography, and dialogue.
