Monica W I can’t say I have a favorite scene. But I can say that I like how the movie allowed me to gain trust and authentically start to forgive Stephanie while appreciating Doctor Frost! I didn’t think that could happen. I feel like a lot of American Christmas movies have the same themes over and over. This was different theme. It didn’t take a Tyler Perry route of over dramatics. It didn’t take a hallmark route of over predictability. It was it in the middle. Your cast was great and seamed talented overall. I’m looking forward to more productions by you all! The digital quality of the visuals were high quality as well on our 65”. So that’s also a huge plus. I’m just looking forward to more so please do not stop! You have true talent! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Going back to how I feel like some of these types of movies fail or seem superficial. The gain of trust in Stephanie was very slow. And I’m a skeptical human at baseline. She was authentically herself throughout as a character. She showed vulnerability in increments and the main character reflected exactly what a viewer’s skepticism would feel. I was wondering how she could possibly win anyone over or if it would be one of those where you just have to accept it as the script. But she SLOWLY, VERY SLOWLY showed remorse and true vulnerability in her apologies to Syd’s character and realization that she was having a negative effect on her child’s life. It was a great and natural transition that sat well with me.
