The whole time, I kept thinking what a great story line, but the acting is so bad, it's not believable, not even a little! Had to stop watching about an hour and 15 in, and skipped to the end, which was predictable. I do not recommend. See more Clare J Jan 23 The setting and the scenery were perfect but everything else wasnt. As other reviewers have said the acting was really poor. It was as if we could see them just after the director had just said action. Nothing seemed seamless. Some of the scenes in the shop were excruciating to watch. Poor acting , bad timing. For a film set in a rustic Colarado town the female actors were caked in make up and looked very out of place and not authentic at all. There was no chemistry at all between the two leads. I was even thinking about this film hours after I had seen it to try to work out what the issue was! I think the lead actress may have been cold...she seemed stiff and uncomfortable throughout....Not one person saved the movie at all. It was like watching a very bad drama class and you could see the actirs thinking...I have to look sad, I have to look happy....... I would avoid to be honest......unless you want to learn a bit about tools...and the difference between pliers and wire cutters. See more Ethical H 12/12/2024 The acting is terrible. The script is terrible and mostly predictable. The plot is nonsensical. There is nothing to make you root for the characters. The lead actress is not likable at all. The lead actor is blah. The kid is smart enough to make a meal for them but doesn't know how to write a letter to Santa? It was the worst Christmas movie I've yet seen. See more Jenifer S 12/01/2024 Couldn't stand the attitude of the lead actress. The house clearly belongs to the guy but she just moved in and takes over with her red sticky notes. Even moved his stuff in the fridge so she could put her stuff . See more Ron C 12/01/2024 I really wanted to like it, but there was just nothing interesting about it. The story was totally predictable, and each of the actors seemed like they were just going through the motions.
