Cath Clarke Guardian The films are a mixed bag of tricks and (significantly fewer) treats. Rated: 2/5 Dec 22, 2020 Full Review Kevin Woodley InSession Film As the glue between the different short films, Rod Wilson’s centerpiece radio show fulfills its purpose but isn’t nearly as interesting as the stories it’s telling. Rated: C Apr 3, 2024 Full Review Andrew Murray The Upcoming Nightmare Radio packs a lot of contemporary talent into one package but with its uninspired central narrative, viewers might ask whether it would be better to watch the shorts separately instead. Rated: 3/5 Mar 29, 2021 Full Review Alix Turner Ready Steady Cut A collection of better than average short horror stories, as told by a late-night radio DJ, giving eight festival hits some wider exposure. Rated: 3.5/5 Feb 18, 2021 Full Review Rosalie Kicks MovieJawn As much as I wanted Nightmare Radio to provide inspiration, I was, instead, left with fatigue. Rated: 2.75/4 Dec 18, 2020 Full Review MontiLee Stormer MovieReelist.com 9 complete stories, even in very short form seem like a lot to cram into a single movie, but even with the loose wrap-around tale, they almost all work and it's enjoyable! Emilliano Jr S Lots of jump scares from unexpectedly good horror anthology. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 08/15/23 Full Review R P I have a love/hate for horror anthology movies. There are so many out there, that it's hard to find the good ones when there are a ton of bad ones. Plus, it's hard to get several good stories into one movie. Usually there's a mix bag. And A Night of Horror: Nightmare Radio is actually not bad. Though, one of the stories was already on YouTube. (https://foreverfinalgirl.com/night-horror-nightmare-radio/) Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/22 Full Review Audience Member I had a ball watching A Night, I had my "nanas quilt up to my eyes!! LOL Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Terrible acting by the radio show host. It totally distracts from the creep value of the movie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/07/20 Full Review Read all reviews
