Hallmark movies are meant to be fun and a bit cheesy, but A Novel Noel is a bit too bland and by the book to be much of either.

The movie was cute and fairly predictable. But for a movie about book editing it was the worst editing ever! Words cut off mid sentence. Closed captions had full dialogue but was cut off verbally. You could see the jumping on the film. Some was crucial to the story line. Did the high school interns do the editing?
