This movie about the history of the Tupamaros in Uruguay is very powerful in spite of its rather dark and static setting (prison cells). It taught me a lot and the ending is very filled with hope. Stunning acting by all actors. A stunning movie.

As it builds, you really feel the connection between the characters, and the experiences they are going through. It does take a while to build, and it's not made totally clear what the imprisoning power gains from keeping them hostage for as long as they did
