A Winter Rose sure was a emotional roller coaster of a film, with amazing performances by most of the cast. especially from the main titles star Kim Whalen, who also sings some of the songs on the films soundtrack beautifully. excellent, but you'll need a box of tissues, because it will make you cry. 4/5.

Kim Whalen is a remarkable new talent. Her performances on the screen and in front of a microphone are exceptional. She is supported by a huge cast of accomplished pros and keeps up every beat of the way. Riz Story's first mainstream feature film is worth the price of admission. Watch it.
