The movie's original language is Russian. To enjoy the movie in English you have to be very forgiving of the voiceover and what I assume must be clunky translation. It's a sweet movie with an awesome soundtrack.

Meh. Too melodramatic. The voice track was very odd and distracting. It's a Russian production, made in Estonia. All the actors were from that area. The language was English. It immediately felt like an English overdub, but then I noticed that the lip movements indicating the actors were speaking English. All I can figure is that that the decided the foreign actors' English was so terrible that they overdubbed with (better) English language voice talent. Indicative ov the overall quality of the film.

The dubbing made it super hard to get into but the last third of the film is enjoyable enough. The filming and lighting is really good but just let down with some bad acting, poor dialogue, and plot substance. A lot of effort went into this film but it fails to be something amazing. So with that in mind it's enjoyable enough but award winning material at all.
