delysid d if only we could go back to those days Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/17/21 Full Review Audience Member Best Aussie comedy of all time Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Lewd, crude, boorish, and at times downright piss funny! Bazza's adventure in 'Pommyland' is Barry Humphries' idea of the extreme Aussie tourist. Littered with rhyming slang that couldn't even be interpreted in Dickensian London, it's one of the first true examples of the emerging 'Ozploitation' genre. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member good one from down under Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Silly, childish, irreverent humour, playing to all the stereotypes. Not without laughs, & pretty much what you'd expect. Still watchable so probably a classic of its time & genre. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member It gets two stars for Dame Edna's (Barry Humphries in one of many roles) joke about the spaghetti to her stuck up English hosts and having the bloke who sung the original Neighbours theme tune in the lead role. Technically inept on so many levels, this (seminal?) Australian farce leaves a lot to be desired and some the jokes seems very very dated indeed. t Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
