Synopsis
Just days after the attacks of Sept. 11, financial worker Taran Davies gave up his job, packed a camera and left his home to uncover the stories of the people who live in war-torn Afghanistan. Meeting Afghanis in their home nation and elsewhere, the filmmaker finds touching and enlightening tales. Participants including a refugee family, a village elder and town leader, a former royal now living in the U.S. and a relief worker who helped build a road.
