Ricky Gervais is brilliant in his acting, writing and directing and if you have a sensitive and caring side you will definitely love this. Besides being somewhat sad, and uplifting at the same time, Gervais delivers with some very dark and serious humor. Do yourself a favor and give it a look. Her acting was shockingly bad - the psychological premise was interesting but the writing, acting and everything was awful. The ending is rushed, over in 10 minutes, and she doesn't escape, and her boyfriend never discovers the truth. It's a sad ending for no reason other than to be edgy I guess, but it just leaves you annoyed. Plus, parts of the story make no sense. The whole movie is a bit amateurish. Everyone is whispering for dramatic effect and scenes are drawn out, because they don't have enough money for more scenes. It is a good idea for a psychological thriller done badly with a bad ending.
