Glafira Regina O @Glafira_Regina 11/24/2024 The attempt to modernize the novella falls flat—replacing the general with a fitness coach, the princess with a ballerina, and instead of searching for clues in newspapers, the hero digs through a laptop borrowed from Cassetti's business manager. The film had the potential to be good, but it’s ruined by cheap sets and costumes. I absolutely can’t believe that a woman with gothic makeup from the 2000s and a sequin sweater was a friend of millionaires. And for some reason, Poirot is involved in a romance with a woman, which just doesn’t fit the character.
