Guru, a troubled young man, lives in Agra and works in a call center. He is in love with Mala, one of his colleagues. But Guru still lives with his parents, confined with his mother on the ground floor of the house while his father lives on the greener upper floor with his mistress. His mother’s plan to set up a dental clinic on the terrace for his cousin Chhavi, urges him to propose to Mala in order to get his room on the terrace. Then Guru gets the whole family together to introduce them to Mala. But nothing happens as expected.

Radha K "Agra" promotes a troubling message that encourages divorce and casual relationships. The film makes divorce seem like an easy solution to life's problems and suggests that having sexual relationships with anyone, regardless of the consequences, is liberating. Instead of showing the importance of commitment and loyalty, it glorifies selfish choices. The film portrays divorced women as empowered to start new relationships without thinking about the emotional or moral costs. It sends a message that divorce and promiscuity are the answer to personal dissatisfaction, without showing the pain or damage these decisions can cause to families and individuals. Rather than promoting healthy, respectful relationships, the movie focuses on short-term pleasure and personal desires. It ignores the deeper responsibilities that come with relationships and undermines the importance of loyalty and family. For anyone who values marriage, commitment, and respect in relationships, this movie sends the wrong message. It suggests that breaking vows and engaging in casual relationships will bring happiness, when in fact, it often leads to emotional harm. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 11/25/24 Full Review Stronger E This film pushes the limits in ways that might make people think about leaving behind cultural values. It shows cheating, violence, and nudity as normal and doesn't deal with the consequences. This could make viewers think it's okay to forget cultural norms and values. People who like films that support good behavior and social norms might find this film upsetting. It seems to move away from the traditions that many hold dear.
