Pedro Y One of the best movies of all time. Um dos melhores filmes de todos os tempos. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/04/22 Full Review dane m I really liked, enjoyed, sank into this movie. Boy meets boy, meets new boy, fights both loves both. Yes, i had a parallel life like his. I met a boy and we (I'm male) became lovers and then a third friend, jealous of our friendship made us fight and we never spoke again. The instigator and I left the town and the boy I loved stayed and married a woman and lost his 'real' life and we never talked again. The actors, Martin L. Washington Jr., Matt Dallas, Christopher O'Shea, the great Jason Scott Lee (who portrayed Bruce Lee so perfectly in The Bruce Lee Story) and the always talented Margaret Cho are so perfect in their roles I felt I was back living in my small town. Yes, I saw myself in this movie and so might you. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member "Karate Kid" meets "Beautiful Boxer" but with a black aspiring drag queen in Alaska. Chock full of more contrivances and Hollywood cliches than you can imagine; a highly implausible scenario that ultimately goes nowhere and repeated gay bashings that become tedious. Good performances, but the film is literally a drag. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Great story. Nice mental escape. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/06/21 Full Review Audience Member Alaska is a Drag is a beautiful movie and and beautiful story well told by an able and engaging cast. I'd recommend this movie to anyone. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Most LGBT movies are bad and do not keep me interested. This one was well done - good story, good acting, interesting scenery and characters. It left ne feeling upbeat as well. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Carson Timar Clapper Within the film, there clearly is a good heart and every once in a while the stars will align and there will be a scene that strikes hard with emotional power; it just is sad that those scenes are so far and few between overall. Feb 22, 2022 Full Review Roger Moore Movie Nation We have hope that all the "cute" touches, quirky characters and "local color" will amount to more than it does. Sadly, it doesn't. Rated: 2/4 Jan 9, 2021 Full Review Nathanael Hood Unseen Films [It] features some brilliant performances and some beautiful fantasy imagery...but the implosion of the story incinerates too much goodwill for it to work. Rated: 6/10 Jun 10, 2019 Full Review Rich Cline Shadows on the Wall It's a gently involving story, with strongly sympathetic characters who are very well-played by a fresh cast.
