07/15/2017 The mediocre acting (with some blame for sloppy directing) makes this horrible script incredibly boring to watch. From characters wondering why someone is upset right after their friend died, to petty bickering about weight loss and boyfriends between grown-ass women... who wrote this?! Why do you hate women in horror? The pace of the plot makes no sense, and excessive time is spent on "world building" and "character development" that could be done in 1 minute and instead gets drawn out for ages. Its horror status relies on low-tension gore (i.e. yucky accidents) and some loud noise. It tried to ride The Descent's coattails - it failed miserably. Don't waste your time.
