Audience Member I had such high hopes for this and was glad when I found it on Netflix. But let's make this clear: this film is not a ski documentary. It's a confused and confusing mashup of artsy fartsy slow-mo, shallow DoF, HD footage. It might sound good. But there is not a single decent skiing clip longer than a few seconds. Awful, really. I started fast forwarding half way in and skipped through pretty much the entire second half. But nope. It was the same nonsense to the end. In fact, come to think of it, I honestly don't think there is even a single scene in this entire film that's longer than 5 seconds. And I'm being generous when I say 5 seconds. 2~3 seconds would be more accurate. It's so OTT and over killed that watching the film gets frustrating within minutes. Very very very disappointing.
