James R This movie is very much an Asylum movie. It is a very crappily made rip-off of a beloved Christmas movie with terrible acting and an even dumber premise. I'm not sure if everybody agrees on this, but I loved Home Alone growing up and I still do, so seeing this crappy ripoff by a terrible movie studio (who is also responsible for terrible movies like Sharknado or AVH: Alien vs Hunter) is just really annoying. This film has reignited my love of Christmas and dogs (both of which were previously ruined when as a child I was bitten by a man dressed as Santa who had lost his mind and was running around on all fours barking Christmas caroles/songs with dog puns like "Fleas Navidad", "Have yourself a Yappy little Christmas", "Bark the herald angels sing", and "All I want for Christmas is chew").
