Casey G Even in this genre which tends to be cheesy (don't get me wrong, cheesy can be very fun), Along for the Ride is not one of the more well-written or well-acted movies I've seen. For someone who's supposedly very smart, this main character is essentially inept at everything she tries to do, to a point where it doesn't make any sense based on the setup of her character. It eventually becomes monotonous and frustrating to watch. I like the actress, but she was not dealt a good hand to work with in this one. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/03/23 Full Review R C My daughters love this one. It's just okay for me. Wasn't taken by the acting and chemistry between the two main characters. Perhaps it's simply because I'm not the target audience. Who knows! It passes the time for me.
