Average American boy Chuck Murdock (Joshua Zuehlke) goes on a school outing to a nuclear weapons facility, where he learns about the destructive power that sits at the fingertips of the military. Knowing that the world could end with the push of a button, he protests against nuclear war by walking out on his Little League team during a game. Chuck's stunt ends up in the local paper, and as the story snowballs, basketball star Amazing Grace Smith (Alex English) decides to boycott sports, too.

Thought that it was a pretty good movie. It actually tackles an issue that is truly important and terrifying today. Though my the message was pretty great. How one little voice can spark a movement. Great message about peaceful non violent protest. I think what makes this film work so much for me is Chuck. He just asks questions and continues to ask questions. But, it’s also the silence he uses.

It's message is as subtle as nuking a country you're angry with. That being said, its heart is in the right place, and the performances are respectable. I'm pretty sure I couldn't go one year in grade school, without a teacher showing this in class.
