Audience Member A highly informative documentary on beer in America. One interviewee puts it this way, to paraphrase: If I had learned this stuff in school, I would have paid a lot more attention. We learn about the importance of beer for the founders of our nation, as well as how (now) giant corporations started, how prohibition started and ended, and how the industry has grown into what it is today.
