Kandy A Nov 8 Enjoyable movie, worth watching. Levi Miller was outstanding in his role as the son. Good ending. See more Michael R 09/22/2024 The writing & acting is horrible, IMO. The script is laughable at times & very unrealistic at others. Levi Miller is allegedly an outstanding actor. I don't see it. He was actually not even average... he was awful... forced... it was like a parody at times; eye-rolling. Dane Cook was not much better, but a little better. See more 06/05/2021 A count the tropes affair that isn't terrible, but definitely nothing to write home about. A pretty good ending, but the acting is pretty bad, except for Cook, who is serviceable. See more 03/08/2020 Cook is strong in a dramatic role. As a troubled father trying to do good, Cook gives a layered performance that holds the movie together. The beautiful desert backdrops make it an easy to the eye film to watch. If you like road-trip father/son stories, I'd highly recommend. See more 03/03/2020 Touching relationship road movie. Stellar performances from Cook and Miller. Starts a bit slow but picks up and provides a nice ride. See more Read all reviews
