The trailer scared the shite out of me as a wee lad, and although it has a creepiness factor to it, it is meant more as schlock and never takes itself too seriously. Long out of print, the 2017 Shout Factory release was a nice surprise.

A group of young people run afoul of some backwoods old timers when they're stranded on their Island. It's a tried and true formula, but this one has some interesting twists along the way. It's not as conventionally scary as most horror flicks, but it's fairly twisted and creepy. It also helps that there's a lot of likable actors.
