The script was too big for the actors, the dialogue came across as a mouth full and forced, didn't feel like it portrayed the characters correctly. Really wanted it to be good. Interesting themes about the decay of the American way of life - at least that's how I interpreted it. The strongest aspect was the tight pacing and the performances. Great - albeit unknown - actors. The reviews here are either all fake, or this is the first movie they've ever seen and have no frame of reference. It was so overwritten with insipid dialogue that consisted of lame speech after lame speech. The only good thing about this movie was the sister getting railed at the car dealership (even though the scene made absolutely no sense whatsoever) and the crow call at the end when they were apprehended. The story has stuck with me. The writer/director takes you on this journey that not only keeps you on the edge of your seat but stirs up all kinds of mixed emotions for these characters.
