Audience Member Yes the title is a tad unfortunate, but overall Cupid's Balls is a nice little film about teenagers trying to fit in and relationships. It's a tad contrived, but the kids all produce nice performances and there's a nice little twist on the conventional sports film ending. They got some of the soccer rules wrong, but the scenes on the field are shot with a great energy, that while it doesn't produce the clearest view of what is occurring on the field, it does create one of the most realistic feelings of what it is like to be on the field and in the game. Overall a solid film that is an enjoyable 90min, but nothing earth shattering. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Read all reviews
