An Insignificant Man is journalistically fuzzy and unashamedly partial. But it also has the appealing zeal of an idealistic passion project, and has generated an impressive amount of newsworthy buzz for a first-time feature. Go to Full Review

nekait a 05/16/2022 One of the Must-See Documentaries About Current World Politics. The film sees a good theatrical run and has been loved by audiences like me. The way they have maintained a coherent narrative makes you feel as if you're watching a taut thriller; they keep you glued till the very last moment See more 01/08/2020 An awsome movie about a awesome party See more 03/07/2018 Whatever their political views, 'An Insignificant Man' would strike most people as a masterfully assembled feature-length documentary about the Delhi Legislative Assembly elections of 2013, and a powerful advertisement for democracy in India. I say "masterfully assembled" because it was created post-fact, by combining video clips documented by almost 500 individual contributors, who had proximate access to political debutant Arvind Kejriwal, and his new party's inner workings, in the lead-up to the elections. Also, a surprising window into Kejriwal's thinking, in which an autocratic mindset that is typical of founders/visionaries/entrepreneurs is plainly visible in flashes. Don't miss this one!
