Jim P 05/24/2024 They knew how to make movies in the old days! This may not be quite as good as The Battle Of Britain 🇬🇧 but the suspense at the end is amazing. See more Paul B 12/03/2023 If you like old movies this is very watchable. See more 08/22/2013 Although the 'Battle of Britain' film got deeper into the importance of and sacrifice of UK's air defence in World War II, this one still gets its message across effectively. See more 08/19/2013 Excellent movie about a fighter base in Kent during the pivotal months of the Battle of Britain - Jack Hawkins is all stiff upper lip as the Group Captain ably supported by Michael Denison, Cyril Raymond and many other familar faces - the ubiquitous Sam Kydd and many others! See more bill t @Spuzz 11/13/2009 Somewhat odd, slow and curious movie about da war. This is primarily about the operational side of things though, so it's not all that interesting although it does pick up in the 2nd half. Acting is good. This seems to be an awful low budget thing because the airbourne special effects are curiously primitive. All in all, not really reccomended unless you're into British war films.
