This 1985 version of an of Green Gables is sublime. The acting is impeccable the musical score and the scenery is perfect! None of the other versions come close to this one. If you choose to watch this one make sure you watch the sequel and the Avonlea with the same actors Megan Fellows, and Colleen Dewhurst.
