In a prison in India, Champak Choudhary (Sanjay Dutt), a forgery expert, encounters fellow inmate Raghuvir Sharma (Ravi Baswani), a lifer who has been put away for jewelry theft. The two convicts strike up a deal in which Champak will forge papers for Raghuvir's early release in exchange for half a share of a hidden cache of diamonds. Trouble ensues when Champak -- now using the name Anthony Gonzales -- is mistaken for a man wanted dead by mobsters.

Synopsis
