Rich Cline Shadows on the Wall ...it feels padded and overlong, with an awful lot of running about that doesn't achieve or communicate much. Despite it attempts to engage a sense of enchantment and mystery, it is successful only in brief bursts, and viewers cannot live on grit alone. Rated: 2/5 Jul 18, 2020 Full Review Andrea Beach Common Sense Media Slow-paced Arthurian tale has some fantasy violence. Rated: 2/5 Jan 10, 2017 Full Review Dominic Cuthbert Starburst Arthur and Merlin is a triumph of British independent filmmaking and a modern fantasy staple. Van Belle has conjured an atmospheric adventure, full of quirky campiness, rollicking good humour and, most importantly, fun. Rated: 7/10 Sep 24, 2015 Full Review Read all reviews

a i Tubi Trash Reviews: It's watchable. It has a little action, some interesting moments, and an ending. The acting is good to tolerable. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Where to begin..? The script is clumsy, trite and full of misuses of 'Celtic' terms one of the team has read at some point in the past - but almost universally misunderstood - and misapplied. They misappropriate 'druidism' and oh my lord the fight scenes are truly tragic. the two lead characters make a half decent fist in terms of performance - however they are let down by almost everything else... I fell asleep twice. There are some excellent stories regarding Merlin and Arthur that they could have better used than this nonsense - To sum it all up - the two magical figures in the film end up in effectively a fist fight... lame. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member It was ok overall, but it had so much potential as you kept waiting for the special effects or something amazing to happen during the story Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Alexander D Merlin looks good but the acting is very ordinary and the dialogue, banal. Very suspicious of the authenticity of the story. Some details were pleasant enough. I especially liked the magical incantatory tongue, but I wouldn't pay money to watch this cliched, lacklustre production. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/16/20 Full Review Audience Member Excellent story! No need for over the topCGI! Great job offer Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member By far the shittest arther movie Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
