The script is clumsy, trite and full of misuses of 'Celtic' terms one of the team has read at some point in the past - but almost universally misunderstood - and misapplied. They misappropriate 'druidism' and oh my lord the fight scenes are truly tragic. the two lead characters make a half decent fist in terms of performance - however they are let down by almost everything else... I fell asleep twice. There are some excellent stories regarding Merlin and Arthur that they could have better used than this nonsense - To sum it all up - the two magical figures in the film end up in effectively a fist fight... lame.       Rich Cline Shadows on the Wall ...it feels padded and overlong, with an awful lot of running about that doesn't achieve or communicate much.
