This is an amazing and extraordinary movie. A MUST WATCH! Beautifully made, strong and well researched story, brilliant acting with brisk pace. Yami and the Director hit a home run! This movie makes up for the rubbish and gaudy movies like Fighter and Pathaan etc.

The movie was based on the true story, but the weaving of the historic backstory with action, drama and some very appealing characters really brought the story to life. It presented commentary on a biased media and the need to control the narrative or finding out that others will misrepresent the truth for their purposes. While based on an India-specific situation and is in Hindi (which I don't understand), the English subtitles would allow anyone from any background to enjoy the movie.
