Nell Minow RogerEbert.com A solid, often engaging and inspiring drama, anchored by Dormer’s committed performance. Rated: 3/4 Mar 28, 2025 Full Review Carla Hay Culture Mix Audrey's Children can get formulaic and clunky in telling the true story of Dr. Audrey Evans, a diligent oncologist whose unorthodox ideas led to breakthroughs in medical treatments for cancer. However, this drama's performances and story are compelling. Apr 6, 2025 Full Review Mark Jackson Epoch Times While not a stellar biopic, "Audrey’s Children" is sure to inspire good deeds in medical profession aspirants and is definitely worth a watch for everyone. Rated: 3.5/5 Apr 3, 2025 Full Review Alan French Sunshine State Cineplex While Audrey’s Children covers some formulaic ground, it is an impressive vehicle that lets members of its crew shine. Rated: 6/10 Mar 28, 2025 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue Dormer’s committed portrayal helps fill in some contextual gaps in the film, which leans into Evans’ idealism yet doesn’t rely on cheap sentiment. Mar 28, 2025 Full Review Nick Bythrow Screen Rant Audrey's Children presents the empowering, brilliant history of Dr. Audrey Evans and the revolutionary cancer treatment she pioneered in the 1970s. Mindy T This movie was amazing! Such an important message and it's a shame it's not playing for a wider audience in theaters. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/20/25 Full Review William C Between Minecraft, Superman previews, and the approach of King of Kings, for Easter content, is a ground-level story. Set in Philadelphia, Audrey Evans works within the male-dominated climate of Children's Hospital in Philadelphia to find methods to give children a greater chance to survive their cancer diagnoses. This movie is fun, it is extremely informative, looks great, and deals with the reality of gender discrimination and how time matters both against the human condition and in the face of hope. The issue I had with this film was because of its place, with bumpers for films like Minecraft and Superman, and its opposite, grounded nature. This film was so realistic that if children attended, there would be some harsh material related to medical diagnoses and children. Solid film. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/16/25 Full Review Patti M This movie was very profound and extremely well done telling the life and difficulties faced by this doctor in helping children battling cancer. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/11/25 Full Review Bonnie The talking was a bit fast for me to hear all words. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/04/25 Full Review Maureen This was a beautiful story Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/03/25 Full Review Michael C Such a heartwarming story! Loved the cast and costumes. I’d see it again! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/03/25 Full Review Read all reviews
