Audience Member A rather or less a love story of a slow witted man who works at a morgue who has a love for a corpse. However, even though this clunker of a movie, I made it **, for it's seems to be not as creepy as it seems. The story revolved around a mentally ill man who acquires the body of a beautiful young suicide victim and poses her up, talks to her, etc as he goes about his business. Meanwhile she is rotting away, and long with her flesh is any chance of enjoying this nonsense. Nekromantic did it all and so much better. I am actually embarassed for most of, if not all, of the people involved with this film. The premise was so delightfully kooky this might have had something interesting to offer. But, no. As is the case with many indie horror flicks, you should expect low production quality. This film was definitely worth the watch, however. The plot was perfectly peculiar! I adored every freakish minute of it. On top of a unique storyline, there were lots of laughs to be had. The gore, however, was fairly minimal. Some awesome shots of human organs, though.
