PsTrap Ah yes, a cult classic from Mr. Mfume himself. Every aspect of this film is crafted in such a way that really shows the man's true genius. Greatest horror movie of all time. 10/10. Would recommend. Wait... no scratch that, 1000/10. 👍 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/19/24 Full Review Audience Member "Ax ‘Em" is the textbook definition of a movie so bad that it's good. This is a complete failure of a film that everyone should experience in their life due to the sheer absurdity f it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is also known as Ax Em' which is pretty ironic knowing that the killer doesn't even use an axe. The acting is awful, some of the characters can't even stop looking at the camera every 2 seconds. You can see the cameraman's shadow a few times in the first kill scene. The first thing you see in this movie is a crowd of people shouting Yo Mama jokes at each other, it's even used for the opening credits. The characters are uninteresting and boring, all they do is sit down and talk over each other. They mess up the opening credits with several typos and they screw up the title card as well. The title card is literally just a PNG image of a metal bar, with white plain text reading "Ax Em". The killer's face looks like a cat vomited on it. Like what the hell? Do the makers think that all mentally insane people look like they have vomit in their eye? I don't know. The camera work is terrible. You can barely make out any of the characters' facial features due to the camera quality being so blurry and fizzy and grainy. The kills are absolutely atrocious, I mean one guy literally gets killed by getting a light, plastic telephone to his head. The opening text before the opening credits is filled with typos and almost every word is capitalized, not to mention it only stays for 3 seconds and it's gone, leaving the viewer confused. The Lighting is so poor that you can barely tell what's going on in the movie. One of the characters is literally named breakfast. I'm not kidding. The audio mixing is terrible, due to that you can barely hear a word any of the characters are saying. The editing is so bad that some scenes often fade out, even when a character is talking. This movie is terrible and I wouldn't recommend it. It's so boring and lifeless that I doubt anybody would bother sitting through the whole thing. It's got atrocious acting, no plot, boring characters, bad kills, terrible lighting, god awful camera quality, and abysmal audio mixing. 0/5 for this one! Hot garbage! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member God awful. Don't waste your time watching this crap... you wouldn't know whats going on anyway. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This is the worst movie ever made. Beats Dragonball Evolution, Super Mario Bros and Howard The Duck. You cannot hear anything, you dont know who the characters are, who's the villain, no one. There's scenes when the music is louder than the characters talking, there are scenes when a character is introduced and then he never comes back. Dont watch this movie, seriously, its not even bad to be funny, its just aweful.
