Audience Member Back to the Garden is a rare film. None other addresses the back to the earth movement with such honesty, documenting the lure as well as the drawbacks. As a chronicle of flower children growing up, it grants us an even rarer glimpse into where a core of the generation of love landed. And then this film takes us even further, into how the movement has evolved, and ultimately reveals to us the simple hope and humanity found in working for a kinder, more peaceful world. Beliefs developed as youths matured into a continuing commitment to mindfulness in a way we can not only understand, but hopefully recognize some of ourselves within. Back to the Garden is a powerfully gentle film, proving love can be the greatest of denominators among us. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Best documentary on the true hippies ever. See how that even today those true hippies still live with truth, marijuana, love, and nature. They are the best and what the meaning of free spirit really means. Love it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member Where have all the hippies gone, I sometimes ask, and here are a few of them, still keeping peace and love, alive and well in different ways. This is a great doc that gives us insight what some of the hippies have grown up to become and how their past has shaped their present and future. If you are a hippie, or dig the movement I think you'll love the documentary. Check it out! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member I sometimes ask, where have all the hippies gone, well here are some of them, that are still going strong. Spreading love and peace, in different ways. I love this documentary and if you love flower power, you'll dig this too. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member A nice little doc, if a little random when it comes to editing, about 'crazy' hippies who have tried their best to remain true to their ideals. Which, in and of itself, deserves some admiration. Peace out brothers and sisters. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
