Wonderful soundtrack. We'll written main characters. The final act reminds me of Hereditary where the first two acts set the stage for a wild end. I really like the symbolism, analogies, and themes the director explored. It's worth a watch and I plan on giving it a re-watch. It's already in my top 10 horror movies of all time as a big horror movie fan. Great balance of unsettling, pure horror, tension, and deeper topics. See more Blackout2028 16h This was a very enjoyable horror film from Kane Parson's interpretation of the Backrooms. It didn't lean too heavily on the typical jumpscare you'd normally expect in a horror movie, but still managed to keep you on the edge for what could be lurking around the corner. Set pieces, sound design, editing and acting were all on point. Can't wait for the sequal to expand on this alternate world brought to the big screen. See more Read all reviews
